Shipping Times: Orders will ship within 5 to 7 days. Shipping is with Royal Mail, in recyclable packaging. 

1st Class Delivery may take up to 3 days once posted, 2nd Class will take up to 6 days once posted.

International Orders: Orders are shipped from the UK. Please be aware that International orders may be subject to import tax. This is not covered by Pongo England so please check your local guidelines for more information. 

Returns and Refunds: As each item is handmade to order we cannot accept exchanges if you change your mind. Please read the 'Refunds and Returns Policy' before buying.
