Can I see my final design before it ships?
Yes. We will email you a photo of what your charm necklace looks like before it ships. This gives you an opportunity to rearrange the charms if you so wish.
Can I choose between silver and gold?
Yes, the necklaces and charms are available in silver or gold. Please read the materials list closely as each component may be made from a different material.
How customisable are the necklaces?
You are able to choose the necklace length, what charms you want and the order of these charms. There is currently over 25 different charms to choose from.
